Create and add a custom food

1. Tap the + button near the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap "Add food"
3. Enter data details for your food.
4. Make sure to tap the checkmark at the top of the page when you’re done to save
5. To add the food to your Food Log, tap the + button
6. Select “Your foods”
7. Swipe left on the food and tap "Log"
